Holey Openings will make every attempt to neutralize a locked out safe or vault in a manner that the container can be repaired and reused. Black label containers are forbidden from retaining GSA certification once neutralized. A cleared representative from the requesting unit will remain with the Holey Openings contractor throughout the process. Holey Openings will not be held liable for damaged items within a GSA container as a result of neutralization. A hold harmless / liability waiver is required on each container neutralization.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Payment for services should only be made after service is completed, customer has signed paragraph 3 or 4 of the Release of Liability waiver, and is satisfied with the work performed. A refund request must be submitted to holeyopenings@gmail.com, specifically citing the area(s) of work that were not completed and detailed explanation of why the Release of Liability waiver was signed if the work had not been completed. Cancellation of a requested service incurs no charge if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service are subject to the mileage charge on the service quote. Cancellation made during the service are subject to the entire charge on the service quote.
Fulfillment/shipping policy
Fulfillment of service will be identified by a unit representative signing paragraph 3 or 4 of the Release of Liability waiver. Holey Openings does not ship parts or supplies, it is a "service only" industry.
Privacy Policy
Holey Openings collects customer name, telephone number, mailing address, military unit, and email address in order to facilitate creating personalized quotes, invoices, and transaction receipts. Holey Openings will not engage or solicit with group mailings or contact. The information collected will not be made available to any third party.
