GSA Container Neutralization

When a lockout occurs, a container must be neutralized.  The common term used is "drilling the lock".  We will make every attempt to retain certification and offer all possible options so you can decide which works best for you. Federal Standard 809 is strictly adhered to, allowing your container to retain its certification when possible.  Not all containers will be able to retain certification due to their age or evidence of unauthorized modifications.
